E-mail Sign-off
Make e-mail work for you by including a message at the bottom of every e-mail you send. Just a short note that you change every week can drive your message home.
Here are some examples:
For a realtor:
Here’s a house-hunting tip for you: Buying first in a new development
will pay off big later on. Since you’ll be one of the first buyers,
your resale value will increase more than those who buy later in
the development. Early bird gets the worm!
For a Printing Company:
Get noticed by using vivid colors on your envelopes. People will
always take a second look when color gets their attention.
For a
Life Insurance Agent:
Collect all of your information in a notebook called “A Letter
from Heaven.” Include all of your policies, investments and other
important papers and your loved ones will be grateful for your
preparedness.
Once you start using an interesting tip in every e-mail, you’ll get comments of appreciation from your customers and prospects. Occasionally, I like to include a joke just to keep things on the light side. It’s amazing how smart your customers and prospects will become after they read your e-mails!
